With a growing number of projects, we are looking for someone to join our projects team as a Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic management of several international conferences and/or educational programs, supported by the scientific, production, and communications teams
We are looking for an experienced conference manager who can take on the sole responsibility for the planning, organization, and outcomes of a portfolio of conferences, workshops, courses, and other educational formats.
The project manager has a central role in our organisation, connecting all dots to develop high quality and successful programs.
Additional Information
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Initiate, manage, participate and lead projects on a tactical and strategic level
- Be responsible for the end to end management of a project lifecycle including fundraising, budget management, and reconciliation
- Coordinating promotion and participant acquisition
- Organizing endorsements and accreditation from all relevant parties
- Development, accuracy, and quality of all print/web/media/social media materials
- In this role, you engage all relevant stakeholders, and you are responsible for the quality, execution, and financial project results of your projects.
Our programs are delivered worldwide, which comes with frequent travel in view of onsite management.
