Biography

Dr. Nonhlanhla tgnatia Ndlovu is a seasoned public health leader and strategist with over two decades of experience in HIV, TB, and STI. She is currently serving as the Deputy Director-General for HIV, AIDS, TB and MCWH in South Africa. She is also serving her last year in the Board of Society for AIDS in Africa as the Deputy General Secretary. Her career spans clinical practice, multisectoral programme coordination, strategic planning, policy development, monitoring and evaluation including leading the globally recognized Operation Sukuma Sakhe model for integrated service delivery at a local level. She has held senior roles in provincial government, contributed to international health governance through SAA and has been instrumental in digital innovation for systems strengthening. Her academic background includes a medical degree and an MBA, complemented by Global Health Leadership Training at Yale University.
