Biography

Bernard Chimbele Chanda is an HIV and young key population advocate who believes in amplifying the voices of young people living with HIV in their diversity especially on issues around stigma and discrimination.

Bernard studied ICT and not he is pursuing his studies in Project Management. As an advocate he believes in greater involvement and engagement of adolescents and young people at all levels including decision-making processes.
