Biography

Brianne Olivieri-Mui is an assistant professor at Northeastern University. She is trained as an epidemiologist and health services researcher with expertise in observational health data analytics at the intersection of HIV and aging. Her work often uses Medicare claims to study nursing home care quality, pharmacoepidemiology of HIV treatment, treatment of multi-morbidity, and the role frailty plays as both an outcome and predictor. Her background includes an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Vermont, an MPH from Hunter College at the City University of New York, a PhD from Northeastern University in Population health, and post-doctoral training in Frailty through the Harvard T32 translational research in aging program.
