Clarence Soliman

Biography

Clarence Soliman is currently based in Dublin, Ireland and working within an Infectious Diseases multi-disciplinary team as a candidate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (cANP) in HIV, in an acute hospital setting that provides both inpatient and outpatient care. He completed his undergraduate General Nursing degree at University College Dublin and holds a Graduate Diploma in Chronic Illness Management. He is a registered nurse prescriber and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Advanced Nursing Practice. As part of this process, he has recently completed a systematic review titled "Determinants of Successful Integration of Long-Acting Antiretroviral Therapy into Established HIV Clinics: Examining Barriers, Facilitators, and Implementation Strategies".

A passionate advocate for people living with HIV, Clarence Soliman serves on the steering committee for Dublin Fast Track Cities and is an active core group member of both the European HIV Nurses Network and the National HIV Nurses Network. He is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, and personalised care to people living with HIV (PLHIV), with a strong commitment to health equity and improving the well-being of PLHIV and their communities.
