Biography

Dr. David Kelly is a Health Policy Analyst at the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). He leads workstreams on Health Care Quality and Outcomes, The Economics of Patient Safety, Cancer burden and high-quality cancer care, and Long COVID.

David is a medical doctor and epidemiologist with a medical degree from Trinity College Dublin and an MPH from EHESP France. He completed specialized training in public health medicine in Ireland and an EPIET fellowship in epidemiology with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.

Before joining the OECD, David worked at the French National Public Health Agency, the Health Service Executive and Government Department of Health in Ireland, and the Quality of Care unit of the World Health Organization in Geneva.
