Biography
Born in Turin on November 22, 1986, she graduated in Health Biology and specialized in Microbiology and Virology at the University of Turin, subsequently obtaining a PhD in Complex Systems for Life Sciences at the same university.
She worked as a researcher (RTD-B from 2019 to 2022) and is currently Associate Professor of Pharmacology at the Laboratory of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacogenetics, Department of Medical Sciences, University of Turin. Since 2020, she has also been affiliated with the ASL Città di Torino as a hospital biologist, serving as head of the Pharmacogenetics Unit.
Her main areas of expertise include clinical pharmacology, pharmacogenetics, therapeutic drug monitoring, the study of drug interactions, and the quantification of biomarkers. In this field, she has published about 180 articles in peer-reviewed international journals, with an H-index of 29 and approximately 3,000 citations.
