Jessica Mistilis, PhD, leads the Packaging and Delivery Technologies group within PATH’s Medical Devices and Health Technologies Program. She specializes in pharmaceutical and vaccine delivery systems, packaging innovation, and formulation of both small and large molecules. With deep expertise in preclinical and clinical evaluation, integrated evidence planning, and user-centered research, Dr. Mistilis bridges technical rigor with strategic insight. Her work focuses on advancing novel technologies and optimizing product development to improve efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and streamline regulatory pathways.
