Biography

Dr. Li is Professor, Director of the Division of Viral Hepatitis and STD Prevention and Control at the National Center for AIDS/STD Control and Prevention, China CDC. His work focuses on eliminating the public health threat of viral hepatitis and HIV prevention. He served as the core drafter of China's Action Plan for the Prevention and Treatment of Viral Hepatitis (2025-2030). He has led projects funded by the National Science and Technology Major Project, WHO, etc. He has published over 50 papers as first or corresponding author in journals, edited two monographs. He also serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the China Foundation for Hepatitis Prevention and Control.
