Biography

Lilebo Faith Thipe is a youth development professional with over five years of experience advancing SRHR, HIV, mental health, and gender equity across Southern Africa. She serves as Programme Officer for the UNITED! Movement with Y+ Global and represents youth on the Botswana CCM and the Developing Country NGO Delegation to the Global Fund Board, driving meaningful youth participation in policy, advocacy, and decision-making platforms. Faith has worked with international organizations including Y+ Global, Stepping Stones International, UN Women, and Africa CDC, delivering strategic programming, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives that amplify young people’s voices and promote equitable access to health services. A 2022 SUSI alumna and award-winning activist, she is recognized for uniting young leaders, fostering inclusive networks, and advancing ethical and impactful youth engagement.
