Morris is a Medical Student (MBBS) at the University of Botswana School of Medicine, actively engaged in HIV awareness and education, and a passionate public speaker. He currently serves as the Vice President of External Affairs at the International Student Association of Emergency Medicine, as well as the Public Relations Officer for the Botswana Medical Students Association (2024–2025). His commitment to advocacy in HIV and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) is matched by a strong interest in emergency medicine and research. He is dedicated to advancing youth-led involvement in healthcare decision-making and envisions a future where young people play a central role in shaping policies and interventions that improve health outcomes. He is also part of the medical team at the University of Botswana Health and Wellness program and frequently leads fundraising initiatives to support community donations. Currently, he is undertaking research shadowing at the Botswana Baylor Clinic (2025–present).
