Biography

Panyaphon Phiphatkhunarnon is a digital health innovator and public health advocate based in Thailand. His work focuses on HIV prevention, LGBTQ+ health, and the development of digital health solutions that improve access to testing, prevention, and care services. He is the founder of the Love Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing inclusive healthcare and promoting HIV awareness among key populations and young people.

Panyaphon has led the development of several digital platforms designed to expand access to sexual health services, including Love2Test.org, an online system that enables users to easily book HIV and STI testing, PrEP, and other health services. These platforms integrate digital outreach, behavioral data, and innovative technologies to connect underserved communities with clinics and health providers.

He collaborates with clinics, academic institutions, and international partners to advance scalable digital solutions for HIV prevention and sexual health services. His interests include digital health interventions, artificial intelligence in public health, and strategies to increase demand for HIV and STI testing and prevention services.
