Biography

Dr Samuel Matula is a Senior Lecturer and an early-career researcher at the University of Botswana, School of Nursing in Gaborone, Botswana. Dr Matula is a pediatric clinical nurse specialist and a Registered Nurse in Botswana. He completed his master's at UB and his PHD at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA (2019). Dr Matula currently teaches child and adolescent health nursing courses to both graduate and undergraduate students and supervises graduate students' research at the University of Botswana. His research focuses on symptom management and the integration of adolescent health services. Dr Matula is well published with 16 publications in renowned journals and has presented at several conferences and serves as a reviewer for multiple journals. He is currently the HOD of the school of nursing.
