Biography

Dr. Warittha (Nittha) Tieosapjaroen is a research fellow at the Melbourne Sexual Health Centre and the School of Translational Medicine, Monash University, and a visiting fellow at the Kirby Institute, University of New South Wales, Australia. She is a pharmacist by training in Thailand. Her research focuses on developing people-centred strategies to improve access to HIV and STI prevention, particularly among underserved populations in Australia and Asia. Her work integrates health preference research, implementation science, clinical trials, and community co-design to develop practical and equitable models of care.

Nittha has led and contributed to research that has informed HIV prevention policy and practice in Australia and internationally, including work cited in global guidelines and policy reports. She also serves as a social media editor for the Sexual Health journal and the Melbourne Sexual Health Centre, and a Project Manager of HOPE Network (Ending HIV transmission by Optimising Pre-Exposure prophylaxis in Asis and Australia).
