Biography

Fan Yang is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Population Research at Peking University. Fan completed training at the University of North Carolina Project China as a postdoctoral fellow after receiving her PhD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health. Her research focuses on HIV/STI prevention among key populations through innovative social and behavioral interventions including stigma mitigation, economic strengthening and community empowerment.
