Biography
Ling-Ya Chen is a registered nurse and HIV case manager at National Taiwan University Hospital. She provides service to people living with HIV and also to HIV-negative priority populations. Navigating and coordinating medical services between different departments in the hospital. She is a member of the Taiwan AIDS society and Taiwan AIDS Nurses Association.
