Asian Stigma & Discrimination Forum 2024 took place on 27 June 2024. The Asian Stigma & Discrimination Forum 2024 was a highly interactive half-day educational program on strategies to reduce stigma and discrimination experienced by PLWHIV. The forum targetted all relevant stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, community advocates, and policymakers. The lectures reflected on region-specific aspects of the HIV epidemic, national policies, guidelines, and societal context. They included community healthcare perspectives of HIV-related stigma and discrimination, as well as national plans/programs for the implementation of strategies to eliminate these major issues for PLWHIV. The format offered opportunities to discuss and share experiences that are particularly relevant to the local and regional settings.
