The 7th edition of the Conference on Liver Disease in Africa (COLDA) took place from 19–21 September 2024 as a hybrid meeting in Cairo, Egypt.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers, sponsors, engaged participants, and the Society on Liver Disease in Africa (SOLDA) for making this year’s COLDA a success. Your contributions and commitment drive progress and inspire change in liver disease care across Africa.

COLDA continues to serve as a unique platform for clinicians, researchers, policymakers, industry representatives, and other healthcare professionals across the African region. With the support of an international community of experts, participants come together to share knowledge and discuss the latest developments in the management of viral hepatitis and liver disease—always with a special focus on the African context.

Next Edition

The 8th edition of the Conference on Liver Disease in Africa (COLDA) is scheduled to take place from 18 - 20 September 2025 in Accra, Ghana.
