HIV Clinical Forum 2015

Welcome

Dear colleague,

The 1st HIV Forum, held in Barcelona, Spain on 20 October 2015, was very successful. Participants from 22 countries had a great opportunity to share their experience and exchange ideas.

The first HIV Forum focused entirely on Integrase Inhibitors as Integrase Inhibitors are rapidly gaining a central role in the routine care of HIV infected individuals. The HIV Forum meetings aim at enhancing the clinical skills and research capabilities of HIV healthcare professionals in regard to this unique class of antiretroviral drugs.

The program of the 1st HIV Forum Meeting consisted of state of the art lectures on basic science and optimal treatment management involving Integrase Inhibitors, abstract driven presentations and clinical case presentations. Much time was reserved for Q&A and discussion. This lead to stimulating interactions and exchange of clinical experience with Integrase Inhibitors among the audience.
