Important

• We strongly advise that you register early to ensure your registration. Registration will close when the capacity of the venue is reached.
• Submission of your online registration does not guarantee that your registration has been accepted. Your registration is final when full prepayment has been received and a confirmation of your registration has been sent.

Youth

We are pleased to offer registration waivers for delegates who are 25 years of age and below. We additionally provide a 50% discount on the current applicable fee to all delegates who are 30 years of age and below.

All applicants must submit a youth application, including a motivation letter and a clear picture/scan of their ID showing their full name and birthdate. The Youth Application Portal will open soon. Virology Education reserves the right to cancel any improper applications.

Early-Career Researcher / Young Investigator & Students

We provide discounted registration fees to Early-Career Researcher / Young Investigator & Students as part of the "Allied & Early-Career Professionals, Students, Community" category.

To receive access to the discounted fees, a signed letter of recommendation by a supervisor needs to be uploaded in the applicable field during the registration process.

To be eligible as an Early-Career Researcher / Young Investigator, one should have obtained an MD / PharmD / PhD degree in the last 10 years.
