17th International Workshop on Aging & HIV 2026

The International Workshop on Aging & HIV 2026 accepts encored abstracts as long as the research is focused on the field and has new data at the time of the workshop.

Please follow the step-by-step directions to upload the abstract. To ensure your abstract retains any special characters or formatting, the abstract must be in Microsoft Word format.

Please do not register to the meeting before you have been informed of your abstract status as you might be eligible to register with a special discounted fee. Instructions on how to register with the discounted fees will be shared along with your abstract announcement results.

Abstract submitters are strongly encouraged to use person-first language in their abstracts. View the video tutorial and guidelines here

Abstract presenters are expected to attend the workshop in-person to present their abstract. Please contact the workshop/conference secretariat if this is not possible.
