Dr. Adam Bartlett is a paediatric infectious diseases specialist and researcher at Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick, Australia, and research fellow at the Kirby Institute, University of New South Wales. He is the co-Chair of the Australasian Society for HIV Medicine’s Paediatric HIV National Guidelines Committee and a member on the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Pediatric HIV Guidelines Committee. He also provides paediatric and perinatal HIV clinical and educational support to the Pacific region through the United Nations Development Programme. His HIV research interests are in the management and outcomes for adolescents living with HIV, the long-term impact of HIV and its treatment, and models of care for perinatal HIV services. He leads multicentre paediatric HIV research in Australia and has established international collaborations throughout Asia-Pacific.
