Dr. Couto, is the Head of STI and HIV/AIDS program at MoH - Mozambique, with experience in the management and implementation of national and provincial level health programs with a specific focus on HIV/AIDS, as well designing policies, country guidelines, and strategic plans following WHO guidelines. Dr. Couto has participated in the expansion of an HIV scale up plan and also implemented a wide range of Public Health Programs.
