Dr. Zanoni completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. He then worked in Botswana and South Africa from 2006 to 2012 treating both adults and children living with HIV, conducting pediatric HIV research, and training local staff in HIV management. He completed Infectious Diseases and HIV fellowships at Massachusetts General Hospital and earned an MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. His research focuses on transition care for adolescents living with HIV in South Africa. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in Medicine and Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Emory University and the Medical Director of the Ponce Family, Pediatric, and Youth Clinic within the Grady Health System in Atlanta.
