Ditte B. Iversen is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Southern Denmark. She earned her pharmacist degree from the same university in 2020. In 2023, she completed her PhD, focusing on drug-drug interactions caused by induction of CYP enzymes and drug transporters by two antibiotics, flucloxacillin and dicloxacillin. This was done through a translational study approach by performing in-vitro studies, clinical trials, and register-based studies. Currently, in her postdoctoral position, she is investigating a potential biomarker for neuropathic pain in breast cancer patients by performing clinical trials.
