Eneyi Kpokiri, PhD

Biography

Eneyi Kpokiri, PhD is a clinical pharmacist and post-doctoral research fellow in social innovation at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, London, United Kingdom. Her doctoral research focused on implementation of antimicrobial stewardship programmes in low and middle-income settings. Her current research focuses on identifying and implementing social innovations in health with the use of community-engaged, participatory methods. She has conducted several global crowdsourcing open calls, in-person/digital hackathons and other public engagement methods for health research. In her role, she has contributed to WHO projects employing these methods including modified Delphi surveys to develop consensus statements and produce WHO reports including a framework for monitoring and evaluating social innovations in health and the practical guide on public engagement and crowdfunding in health research. She also serves as the director of Social Innovations within the SESH advisory group.
