Frank Eetaama, MD, MPH

Biography

Frank Eetaama is an HIV Specialist at UNICEF Tanzania. He joined UNICEF’s Children and AIDS team in April 2017. From the time he joined he has been working on adolescent HIV prevention programs like Cash Plus and supporting the government with DREAMS and Global fund Timiza Malengo programs. Prior to joining UNICEF, he was working with USAID Tanzania as Project Management Specialist responsible for Community Care Services, He joined USAID from Pathfinder International where he worked as a Field Manager. Earlier in his carrier Frank worked with the government of Tanzania as District Medical Officer. He has a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) and a Degree in Medicine (MD) both from  University of Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania. Dr. Frank is a Tanzanian national, married and has three children.
