After registration you receive a notification email regarding your registration. On the day of the live stream you will receive your link with details how to access the live stream by email on the email account used for your registration.
These emails are automatically generated and might be seen by your system as spam. So please check your junk/spam folder in case haven't received an email after 1 hour from registering then please contact us at info@vironet.com.

After each edition we will update our website with the program for the next edition.
As the COVID-19 Online Educational Program addresses the rapid developments of the pandemic, programs will be tailored to the current pressing topics at the time of the broadcast.

Each edition holds a program of approx. 90 minutes. 60 minutes of lectures and 30 minutes round table discussion/Q&A. Please keep in mind that the indicated time is an estimate as the program might get an extension of 10 minutes due to the large amount of questions we receive.

An application for CME accreditation will be submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

In order to be eligible to receive a certificate of attendance, you must have followed the full program and complete the post evaluation survey. If you followed the program and did not receive any email with a link to the survey, please email us at info@vironet.com.

There are few different ways to submit a question.
1) You can send in a question using the Q&A box during the livestream.
2) Use the messenger feature on our Facebook or send us a tweet using the hashtag: #COVID19Series.
3) Or send us an email before the stream.

You are not guaranteed to receive an answer to your question. Due to a very large amount of questions and limited time during the live stream, it is not possible for every question to be answered. We ensure that as many questions as possible are answered during the stream and that the most frequently asked topics are addressed.
Questions that are not answered during the stream will be used to inspire future program topics.

A recording of the full live stream along with the individual presentations will be uploaded to our website soon after the stream has ended. These videos and slides will remain archived on our website where you can view them on demand.

As the program is live streamed, a stable internet connection is the best way to ensure you can view the stream at the highest quality. Please note, the video quality of live streams is dependent on your internet connection. A good headset is also recommended to secure the best audio quality possible. Since the quality of the computer audio depends on your Internet connection, we suggest that you close any other applications that update frequently using the Internet to avoid any interruptions.

Please email us at info@vironet.com with your question. We will take the topic of your question into account when creating future programs. Alternatively, you can request that your question is put to the speakers for the next edition of the program. Please note, this is no guarantee that your question will be answered. Only that we will add it to our pool of questions available for the speaker to potentially answer.
