Gabriele completed her medical degree at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and earned a Master's in Global Health from Maastricht University.
Her education has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of global health issues, including the impact of globalization, the emergence of new health threats, and the economics and management of global health. She further deepened her knowledge through international projects on policy analysis and healthcare system mapping. With an interest in women’s health, her medical thesis explored genetic fetal disorders detected during pregnancy, and her MSc thesis focused on access to maternal healthcare services in rural Tanzania.
In 2023, Gabriele joined Virology Education and is currently supporting program development as a Scientific Manager, dedicated to building healthier societies by bridging the gap between medicine, policy, and education.
