Ms. Hong Anh Doan completed her Master in Global Health Science at the University of Oxford, the UK. She has 17 year-experience with HIV/AIDS prevention and control program, working for both Government and non-governmental organizations. She is currently the Health services team lead of a USAID funded project (Support for Technical Excellence and Private Sector Sustainability in Vietnam, STEPS), implemented by PATH Vietnam, which have been strong advocates for introducing HIVST and PrEP in Vietnam, both of which are now reflected in the national guidelines for roll-out and service expansion country wide. Her works have been pioneers in introducing differentiated service delivery models for PrEP and HIVST, meeting the needs of key populations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
