Mr. I-Chuan Huang, who has been know as his another name, A-Chai (阿宅), was born in 1988. He is gay and has been living with HIV since 2009. After being diagnosed with HIV, he has experienced an entire different life from what he used to live. Thus, he started to work as a campaigner, advocating for gender and sexuality-based issues, bring HIV-related issues to the public, and devoting himself into young adult education and social services. Mr. Huang was the General Director of Taiwan Adolescent Association On Sexualities and is currently the Executive Director of this association. He is also working as the campaigner at Garden of Hope Foundation, to support youths, parents, and schools in Sanchong District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. He hope that he could bring positive influence to the area and build up a more open and supportive social network regarding HIV-related issues and gender and sexuality-based issues.
