Isabelle is a digital service designer with over 10 years experience producing chatbots, mobisites and content for (and with) young people across Africa and Asia, specifically to support better outcomes around Sexual, Reproductive and Menstrual Health. Her recent focus has been working with UNICEF EAPRO to create guidelines to help chatbot producers create safer experiences for youth, especially girls and women at risk of harm from Gender Based Violence.
