John R. Su received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, TX, USA (2000) and his PhD in virology and gene therapy from the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in Houston, TX, USA (2000). He received his MPH from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, NH, USA (2006). He began his career at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, GA, USA as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer (2006–2008), and currently serves as Acting Deputy Director of CDC’s Immunization Safety Office.
