Justine Ingram currently works for LeadersTrust as Project Director of its Flexible Leadership Awards Program. A diverse multilevel organisational and leadership development consultant, Justine believes the transformation of non-profit, government and for-profit spaces begins with intentional investment of diverse leadership, particularly for BIPOC women. Justine joined the Black Women’s Working Group to support ViiV’s efforts in changing the narrative around HIV and black women and to form relationships with other powerful black women to ensure visible inclusion in HIV prevention, care and narrative change.
Justine formerly worked for the Southern Aids Coalition, Fulton County Board of Health, and alongside housing organisations and leaders to provide stable, supportive housing to TGNC+ individuals. She has served as Board Secretary of the Trans Housing Atlanta Program and the Equality Foundation of Georgia, and in other non-profit and grassroots organisations.
Justine is passionate about advocating for equal, accessible housing, healthcare and social services for underserved communities across the south, specifically those living with HIV. Justine plans to continue utilising her platforms to diminish stereotypes associated with trans women of colour and influence communities across the south to invest in increasing health outcomes for our most vulnerable populations.
