Linda Geng, MD, PhD

Biography

Dr. Geng is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Stanford University where she is the co-founder and co-director of Stanford's Long COVID Collaborative, a multidisciplinary clinical and research program that aims to advance understanding, care, and treatments for Long COVID. Dr. Geng has led clinical trials testing therapies for Long COVID, including Co-PI of the first trial testing Paxlovid for Long COVID and site PI of nation-wide Long COVID trials as part of the NIH RECOVER initiative. Dr. Geng is also leading efforts to improve clinical care models for diverse patients and communities with Long COVID as part of the AHRQ Long COVID Care Network. Dr. Geng serves as a member of the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine's Forum on Advancing Diagnostic Excellence.
