Lloyd Mushauko is the Zambia Police Service National Gender Coordinator Assistant Superintendent by rank, based at police headquarters. He has a Master of Science degree in child-sensitive social policies and is a PhD candidate. Mr. Mushauko pioneered the HIV/AIDS in the police service and established the HIV secretariat for the police. He is a gender and child rights activist with a lot of experience in youth and behavioural change communication, and a strategy development specialist for social change trainer.
Mr. Mushauko works as a community mobilizer in interactive theaters, peer education, radio, and as a TV presenter on “I Care about Her” and “HE4SHE” campaigns. He is also a Community Advisory and Action Groups facilitator and a champion for the Police Men’s and Women’s Network on gender-based violence and gender equality, including the Ending Child Marriage Campaign.
