Prof. Quiroz coordinates an organization of people living with with HIV, Rights Living with HIV of the IMSS (DVVIMSS). He is a part of CONASIDA, and has collaborated in the preparation of national HIV guides representing people with HIV; he was part of the group of experts for the preparation of the WHO guide in 2013, For 19 years his group has been working on the issue of access to comprehensive care.
