As our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing the visibility of these programs across face-to-face, online, and hybrid platforms. Your work will directly support our mission, helping to connect healthcare professionals and enhance patient care through accessible education.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll oversee multi-channel marketing efforts that engage global audiences and drive program registrations. Working alongside a talented communications team, you’ll ensure high-quality content and build strategic partnerships to amplify our message across media. With opportunities to lead targeted paid campaigns (on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn), engage through email marketing channels, and utilize analytics, you’ll help us reach new audiences and deepen our impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boost Visibility: Develop and adjust marketing strategies for each project, making use of partnerships, endorsements, and media to maximize reach. This includes the opportunity to design paid campaigns for LinkedIn and Google Ads as well as organic posting across all our social media channels.
  • Ensure Content Quality: Work closely with the communications team and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure all materials meet our standards and align with our strategic goals.
  • Analysis & Optimize: Use tools like Google Analytics to track and evaluate the performance of websites, social media, and email campaigns, applying insights to continuously innovate and improve strategies.
  • Maintain & Improve Websites: Support the current website and contribute to future website developments, incorporating SEO to improve reach and engagement.
  • Develop Engaging Content: Contribute to branded materials, including corporate brochures, flyers, and social media content, keeping our communications clear, compelling, and consistent.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with scientific and project teams to gather insights and ensure content effectively conveys the unique strengths of each program, tailored to specific healthcare audiences and regions.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with a relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications, who brings strong skills in Google Analytics, social media campaign management (paid and organic), and email marketing tools. You’re proactive and innovative, not afraid to explore new tactics, research emerging platforms, and implement creative strategies to engage our audience. Familiarity with SEO, CRM platforms, and Asia-Pacific social media (such as WeChat and Line) would be advantageous.
