Martine de Haan, MSc

Biography

Martine de Haan, MSc, is currently working at the Radboud University Medical Center as nurse consultant and nurse practitioner and is involved in the implementation of LTB screening and treatment of people eligible for immune compression therapy. She has over 25 years' experience working in the nursing department for infectious diseases and has specialized in the field of HIV, where she has guided HIV-patients during their hospital admission. In these years she has created and implemented HIV- protocols in the clinical setting and coached and educated colleague nurses. She has also set up an education course for doctor assistants concerning HIV and stigma and developed a care path for HIV at the Radboud University Medical Center. In 2019 she did a research for Partner notification in the Dutch HIV-treatment centers.
