Mubita Simonda is a dynamic specialist in Project Management and behaviour change with vast practical experience in community development, community mobilization, coordination, trainings, youth development focusing on sexual reproductive health, HIV prevention programming and gender transformative approach.
Since 2011, Mubita Simonda has and is still working with a number of organizations in designing and promoting sound behaviour change interventions centered around HIV Prevention and sexual reproductive health involving boys and men. His work and passion included the design of the Men’s Insaka model – Male Involvement in Sexual Reproductive Health and HIV Prevention. The model has been widely accepted and is being utilized in communities.
Mubita has received several invitations locally and globally to share the effectiveness the Men’s Insaka approach contributing to new HIV transmission amongst the adolescent girls and young women through male Involvement.
