Biography

Dr. Grace is an experienced registered nurse with in-depth knowledge and experience in HIV care systems and services in Thailand. She is a published and accomplished public health with a strong track record in program management and HIV-related research and development.

In 2020 at FHI 360, Dr. Grace developed and oversaw the Better Health Programme Thailand as a country technical lead and engage with UK agencies, PWC, and institutions to support the program's delivery at the country level. From 2016 to 2019, she served as a senior technical officer for the FHI 360-LINKAGES Thailand project, demonstrated capacity in collaborating with public and private sector health facilities to improve HIV service delivery performance, established standards of practice, and conducted HIV quality assurance/quality improvement interventions at all levels of the healthcare system. In addition, Dr. Grace spent five years (2010-2015) as a teaching assistant: assisted faculty with instructional responsibilities on Advanced Health Care Statistics I and II (Ph.D. courses) at Kent State College of Nursing, USA, and 19 years as a research nurse at Thai-MOPH. She is experienced working at the national, provincial, and community levels and has developed an extensive professional network with government colleagues at all levels.
