Salen has more than 20 years’ of experience in public health and development programming with special emphasis on SRHR programming. Salen has worked for Government, Tertiary institutions and currently fills the position as Director- Namibia of Positive Vibes Trust, a civil society organization working in the space of health, equity and justice for most marginalized and othered. She is managing teams to implement programs on Adolescents and young people, LGBT, Sex Worker and SRHR programming across Namibia. Her expertise lies in strategic program development, management, social science research and program implimentation and advocacy.
