Description:
In the role of International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing our sales and developing new leads worldwide. You will manage existing and create new relationships with our current and new partners. You will create (recurring) sales by increasing the number of paid registrations for our programs with your marketing and commercial expertise.
You understand our business process as well as the behavior of our target audience while being able to create and translate new ideas into new business. You constantly keep your eye open for new developments and incessantly search for educational needs in new therapeutic areas.
You are a relationship builder with a sales and/or medical communications background. You have a strong personality, perseverance, and a true can-do mindset. You build bridges between the organization and on one hand our partners and on the other, our participants.
Profile:
- Persuasive – determined - result-oriented - flexible and a team player
- Completed education at university level, preferably in Sales Management or Medical Communications; a scientific or medical background will be a great plus.
- A fast and creative thinker
- Business acumen and commercially aware
- Excellent communicator and strong in stakeholder management
- A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable working environment & role
- Near-native command of English (both verbal and in writing)
- Demonstrable experience with medical communications and sponsor management
