Busi Mutambara is a Clinical Team Leader in CHIVSS, Sussex Community Foundation, where she has worked since 2008. She is based at Crawley Hospital in West Sussex.
Busi Mutambara has trained as a General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, and Midwife in Zimbabwe and migrated to the UK in 2002, where she trained in HIV in 2005, Sexual Health in 2007, obtained an MSc in Public Health and Management in 2013, and focused on Long-term Conditions in 2022.
Busi worked in Zimbabwe in various general wards and the emergency department. She also worked in acute mental health, antenatal care, the labour ward, and in the community before migrating for greener pastures to the UK. She rose in her career to Nurse Manager.
After migrating to the UK in 2002, Busi completed her adaptation for six months before registering with the NMC. She worked in an Orthopaedic ward from 2002 to 2003 and then moved to the Accident and Emergency department from 2003 to 2006. In 2007, she got a job as a Sexual Health Nurse/HIV Nurse.
