We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague for IT system administration to facilitate our portfolio of international medical education programs, including face-to-face, hybrid, virtual, and online education initiatives.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

IT

  • General support with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe programs, and website backends
  • such as WordPress and Drupal.
  • Assistance and management of programs such as EventsAIR and HubSpot.
  • Maintenance of company IT equipment.
  • Installing and configuring new software and hardware.
  • Troubleshooting and solving IT issues.
  • Effective management and filing of all IT-related information.
  • Implementing and maintaining IT security measures.
  • Monitoring system security compliance.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process for new employees - setting up accounts, granting
  • Access to the right people to different kinds of software, and setting up workstations.                                                                                                                          

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1 – 2 years experience as a systems administraton

Demonstrated knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (In particular: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Windows 10
  • Adobe programs (in particular: InDesign, Premiere Pro, Captive Design)
  • General computer literacy
  • General administration skills (working with remote desktop programs like nCentral)
  • Experience on website backends (WordPress/Drupal)
  • Experience (or ability to learn) with programs such as EventsAIR and HubSpot.
  • Readiness to work as a team and liaise with colleagues
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Near-native command of English (both verbal and in writing)
  • Excellent communicator

Education
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent.
Languages
  • English (required)
  • Dutch (advantage but not required)

  • Must be a resident of the Netherlands
