Tuwilika Elias, is a Clinical Psychology graduate, a HIV&GBV Advocate, and a Fulbright Scholar 2021-2023. Tuwilika is someone who is passionate about youth initiatives, and, therefore loves to use her voice to uplift young people and ultimately become the role model that she wished she had within the HIV community. As much as her coming out was to liberate herself, above everything else, it is to help change the narrative about HIV and GBV. ‘’Not every HIV positive story is negative’’
