As a Fulbright alumnus, Tuwilika holds a master’s degree of Public Affairs with a focus on public policy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She serves on the boards of the Oyayone Foundation and Regain Trust and is committed to addressing poverty and inequality.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Tuwilika is a passionate traveler and an avid reader who enjoys nurturing plants.
