Biography
Mrs. Victoria Kamule - Executive Director of Tonata PLHIV Network and one of the founder members of Tonata and has 17 years of experience working with communities across Namibia on topics related to public health and HIV/AIDS. an experienced counsellor, having provided physical, emotional and psychosocial support to PLHIV and other vulnerable populations. Has strong expertise on HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, gender issues including Reproductive health and human rights. Victoria is amongst the list of women PLHIV activist representing the agenda of PLHIV in Namibia and internationally.
