Vincent Leclercq is the Deputy CEO of Coalition PLUS, a global HIV/AIDS NGO. He has been an activist in the field of HIV/AIDS for more than 14 years as an openly gay man living with HIV. He has been involved in the Chemsex response in France and in Europe for more than 5 years, developing peer support interventions toward people involved in Chemsex such as a whatsapp helpline and a Facebook self-supportive group as well as participating in the training of health professionals on Chemsex.
