Carolynne Schwarze-Zander, MD, is an Infectious Disease specialist working in the HIV outpatient clinic at the University of Bonn, Germany. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg and completed her residency in the Department of Medicine I at the University of Bonn, Germany.
In addition to her clinical practice Dr. Schwarze-Zander is involved in HIV research on antiretroviral therapy, vaccination of people living with HIV and HIV-related co-morbidity and co-infections. She has been a sub-investigator in multiple clinical trials.
Dr. Schwarze-Zander is a member of the German Society of Internal Medicine, the German AIDS Society and the German Society of Tropical Medicine.
