Dr. Elvin Geng is the Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine at Washington University in St. Louis, where he is Director of the Center for Dissemination and Implementation and Director of the NIH funded Midwest Center for AIDS Research. He trained in medicine and infectious diseases at Columbia University at the University of California in San Francisco. Using the lens of implementation science, Dr. Geng conducts research to advance the use of evidence-based interventions in the public health response to HIV and non-communicable diseases. He is a member of the World Health Organization Guideline Review Committee and the Scientific Advisory Board of PEPFAR. Dr. Geng is the co-Editor-in-Chief of Implementation Science Communications.
